How is Birchmont Studio different from a freelancer or templated site builder?
A freelancer disappears when the project ends; a template builder leaves you to figure out hosting, SEO, and edits yourself. Studio ships agency-grade work on vertical-tested foundations, then operates the site for you indefinitely — hosting, edits, and support all included in one predictable monthly fee.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, SSL, security patches, performance monitoring, and ongoing content edits. Need to change your hours, add a page, or swap photos? Just ask — no tickets, no hourly billing.
How long are we locked in?
You’re not. Monthly maintenance can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. You own your content and domain, and we hand everything over cleanly if you ever move on. We’d rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.
Do you work with businesses outside Alberta?
Yes. We’re based in Lethbridge, Alberta and work with small and medium businesses across Canada and North America. Discovery calls and project delivery are fully remote.
What if we already have a logo or brand?
We’ll work with what you have. If your existing brand is solid, we’ll build around it faithfully. If it’s holding you back, we’ll tell you honestly and scope a refresh separately — you’re never forced into a rebrand to get a website.
Can you migrate our existing site?
In most cases, yes. We’ll bring over your content, preserve your search rankings with proper redirects, and handle the DNS and email cutover so there’s no downtime. We’ll confirm the specifics on the discovery call.
